Adding waypoints is a mystery. Seems to want to point to somewhere 2000 KM to the east. Very frustrating. Activating account email never arrives. Definately European mind set when developed

Not user friendly. Maps load terribly. Charts passages straight across major land masses. Only good if you are in a “land yacht”

So far so good! I own 2 boats and this app is like having a gps navigation system for $8? Kinda a no brainier if my systems go down then at least I can still navigate. The ocean map shows all the banks and high spots. So far so good and cheap in my 20 years of offshore fishing opinion.

Save your money. This app is not user friendly. Good luck downloading the charts if you do spend money on this app.

Not very user friendly, unresponsive, no maps

They are working hard to fix iOS 9 problems after I sent a message regarding same. I was told that they would have things fixed within 24 hours and guess what? They did! They are very responsive to customers.

Don't waste your money. I purchased this to use as a GPS, as this is one of the few apps that actually allows you to input latitude and longitude. However, it's useless because the location it pins can be up to 10 miles away from the actual point. Tried emailing customer service and got no response. Very disgruntled, to say the least. Sure, it's 5$ but it's just money thrown away at this point.

Maps are just copies of map pages and are unclear. Screen freezes up. Not worth it

The app will not download offline maps on my IPad. I emailed the developer and received no reply so far. I only gave it one star so the review would submit.

The NOAA maps and ocean maps aren't there. Don't get replied off, Apple should remove this app until its complete with what it claims is ther!

Could not get it to run on my iPad Hank

This is a good app to find your way on the water. Hard to make an account and some of the download maps are not to good but overall it's a good app for the money

Worthless!!!!

Interesting program, seems to have all the highlights needed for finding things and marking special spots on the river. Lack a bit of instruction which if you fiddle with it long enough you can figure it out. Have not tried it out on the ocean yet.

Didn't work for me. Looks nice but charts don't always load,when zooming in to view obstructions or placing way point it zoom all the way out instantly by itself every time. Frustrating. Wish it worked for me looks good and good price but charts froze half loaded. Reloaded app still no luck. App also blast you pop ups to rate with any click on the app before you get to try.

Sure wish it had more instructions

Very easy to use, all you do is enter longitude and latitude and off you go. I can't wait to fully test it in the keys this weekend.

Was 3 feet off the dive boats gps coordinate

Easy to use, a little slow in a fast boat, really needs to update more often. But in a pinch, much better than going back to time at speed!

I installed "Marine Navigation" on my iPad 2 yesterday and have not yet been able to get it to work. I am able to create a way point but not able to ude the way point in any meaningful way. I cannot locate or access any user instructions and am completely frustrated. For the record, I am a retired USAF Master navigator and a PhD professor emeritus at St Mary's University. I hope that someone can help me or that I can obtain a refund for the purchase!
